The Bay Islands Tourism Bureau - CANATURH ROATÁN - is comprised of individual and business members throughout the islands of Guanaja, Roatan, and Utila. Members pay annual fees and contribute to our community goal of further promoting our islands to the world.

Membership in CANATURH allows individuals and businesses to be represented at our regular meetings to discuss the organization's goals and actions to promote the Bay Islands. Additionally, members have the right to promote their services through our website and the connected social media channels.

Becoming a member of CANATURH reinforces your commitment to the development of the tourism industry in the Bay Islands. We are dedicated to providing quality services to our members in an efficient way, ensuring continuous improvement in representing the tourism sector. .

CANATURH Bay Islands hosts monthly meetings for the Board of Directors to review current initiatives and issues, plus quarterly and annual general membership meetings to include all members. Our ongoing initiatives include being on the Zolitur Board of Directors, lobbying for increased air services to the islands, guest service programs (i.e. airport volunteer greeter program), and supporting healthcare and education initiatives throughout the islands.
